However, as a growing national firm of solicitors it’s realised that occasionally inconsistency’s with our service standards may occur. If you feel as though our four service promises have not been kept to with your claim, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify any issues.

If you are currently experiencing difficulties with your solicitor at a different firm of solicitors, and they are not returning your calls or sticking to their deadlines you have the opportunity to transfer your case to Express Solicitors.
