We are pleased to confirm that in accordance with Government advice, all of our team are now working remotely from home and we are therefore able to provide a full service to all of our clients with minimal to no delay. Our new client team are also working remotely and are ready to assist with your new enquiries. We understand that these are difficult times for many and we are on hand to discuss any queries in relation to your current or potential personal injury claim that you may have.
We already have in place systems to identify urgent matters, court hearing dates and other critical dates and we are continuing to monitor all such dates and taking the necessary actions. We are also following all of the updates from the Court Systems in terms of operating hours, changes to schedules and effects on Court Hearings and we shall convey such changes to you in the event that they have a direct impact on your case.
We ask that you correspond with us via telephone or email wherever possible in order to minimise the requirement for our team to handle physical post and the logistics of this. All telephone calls and emails will be dealt with as promptly as possible. We confirm that we are operating a minimal incoming post operation so we will continue to receive any items that you send at the present time however there may be some delay in that being dealt with. We also are not meeting with clients on a face to face basis at the present time.
We continue to monitor the official advice and guidance closely and will continue to update our working policies as and when required for the safety and well-being of all of our team.
