A number of employees from Express Solicitors competed in this year’s BUPA Manchester 10k run. The event took place on Sunday 26th May with over 40,000 runners entering the race. Both Sharon Denby and Karen Hardy raised an impressive amount of money for the Alzheimer’s Society, whilst Liam Wynne and a number of other Express employees also ran to raise money for different charities.

When asked about the race, Sharon Denby commented: “It was tough but I did it, not in record time, it took me an hour and 20 minutes but I’m so pleased to have finished and had a wonderful day in the sunshine with 40,000 fellow runners. It was a lovely way to remember my mum, with so many others also running in memory of loved ones they had lost. In fact I’ve never done anything like that before, and I really loved it, it’s such a big day for charity and a wonderful Manchester atmosphere with heaving crowds cheering you on all the way.”

At Express Solicitors we would like to say a massive congratulations to all who took part and next year we are hoping for even more entrants from the firm!
