Lindsay Wood, a client of Express Solicitors, has featured in this week’s The Sun and Daily Mail national press publications.
Lindsay Wood, 23, was left with life-changing injuries after her car collided with another during a driving lesson in September 2009 and erupted into a fireball. Lindsay, suffered third degree burns to 42 per cent of her face and body and was in a coma for months after the accident.
Thanks to the hard work of Partner, Richard Lowery, Lindsay was awarded £500,000 in compensation after liability for the accident was split 50:50.
In the publications, Lindsay gives details about the trauma she has suffered and the difficulties she has faced following the accident. Luckily, Lindsay was fortunate to have a loving boyfriend by her side throughout her recovery and the pair are now married after a ceremony at St Petroc’s church in Bodmin.
Lindsay is a truly inspirational woman who has a positive outlook on life and an infectious smile. Express Solicitors would like to wish Lindsay and her husband all the best for the future.
