Nathan Harewood, Charlotte Allan, Joe Brown, Karl Young, Rebecca Fletcher and Katie Barnes, all of whom started in the new client team before becoming Paralegals then Litigation Executives, are now starting their legal careers as Trainee Solicitors.
A people driven business that is committed to training, developing and promoting from within, Express Solicitors has demonstrated an 87% retention rate with Partners, with only three leaving since the firm was founded 17 years ago.
Express Solicitors’ Managing Partner, James Maxey said: “We invest in our employees from the moment they join us and there are plenty of opportunities for those that show skill and passion for personal injury law. In fact, eight of our partners have worked their way up through the ranks, starting in our new client team; nurturing talent is something we’re hugely proud of.
“This has been a great year for the firm all round. We’ve just announced our best ever year end results, thanks to the dedication of the whole team in getting injured people the justice they deserve.”
New Associate Partner, Jonathan Flattery said: “It’s fantastic to see that promises have been delivered. When I started at the firm only five years ago I could never have imagined I would be made into associate partner so quickly.”
