Express Solicitors have again renewed there Lexcel Quality mark this is now 16 years running that they have attained they this.
The overall basis for Lexcel is an outside audit of all practices and procedures throughout the firm. Staff interviewed to asses their level of knowledge of the handbook and the firm’s policies and procedures. Quoting from the report this year there were 31 areas of good practice and only 2 very minor noncompliance issues that were rectified whilst the audit was in progress.
