During the financial year, Express Solicitors also focused on strengthening its clinical negligence team with Kathryn Turner appointed at partner level to lead the department of six. Testament to its continued commitment to organic growth, it has also recently promoted seven of its new client team to junior fee earners and paralegals.
Managing partner at Express Solicitors, James Maxey said: “This has been a fantastic year for us, despite the changes in law that actually make it harder for personal injury law firms to succeed.
“We are an ambitious firm with a solid growth strategy in place and we’ve been proactive in both marketing and recruitment to ensure the firm deals with the enormous changes in the legal marketplace , without feeling their force financially.
“With a great team behind us, we will look to consolidate and grow over the next year to help us reach our target of £10m turnover within two to three years.”
