The clinical negligence team members are compassionate, hardworking and good humored. I have learnt so much from them and will continue to do so. The most rewarding part of my job is to be able to help make a difference for a client, which could potentially be life-changing and significantly improve their quality of life.”
Emma started with us in September 2017 in our New Client Team enabling her to gain a solid understanding of a variety of personal injury claims. She then moved to the Clinical Negligence team in December 2017. In September 2018 Emma then got promoted to a Litigation Executive in the Clinical Negligence department.
“My empathetic, patient and logical nature allows me to build relationships with clients and solve problems pragmatically. When I worked as a Physiotherapist, I witnessed the day to day challenges that clients experienced accessing work, home and their communities. This has provided me with an in depth understanding of medical and functional information that will assist in a successful clinical negligence claim. I have a particular specialism in claims relating to neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries.”
Before joining at Express Solicitors Emma gained a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2001, and a Certificate of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. Emma was a practising Physiotherapist for Fifteen years working in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
