Anna Wilde is a Trainee Solicitor in the Road Traffic Accident department at Express Solicitors, having initially joined the firm in May 2017.

When asked what she likes best about her role, Anna commented “I love the people that I work with in the Road Traffic Accident department. Everyone is always willing to help and make time for others when need be, which I think is really important for us to work effectively as a team.”

“Building a strong relationship with clients is of key importance, and I think I do this well. Being involved in an accident can be a traumatic experience, leaving clients feeling vulnerable. It is my job to reassure clients that I am here to help, and to minimise the stress they are under because of the accident by making sure their case runs as smoothly as possible towards a positive settlement of compensation.”

“We need to understand that each client is unique and will therefore be affected differently by an accident. I often find clients feel overwhelmed about the process of making a claim. I try to make sure that I always keep this in mind, by listening to clients worries and concerns, before using my knowledge to put their minds at ease about the process.”

Anna has completed her Undergraduate Degree in Law at the University of Manchester. She is currently part way through her LPC at the University of Law.

Anna currently resides in Godley, Manchester. In her spare time, you will more that likely find her curled up with a good book – Anna states that she has always loved to read and finds it a great way to unwind at the end of a long day.

Anna also likes to paint, she explained “I also love to paint with watercolours. Working and studying can sometimes be stressful, and I find painting to be a good way to relax and escape when I need a break.”

“I’m a real family person, and am very close to my Grandma, so at weekends I will either go and visit her or take her out somewhere for the day.”

Anna’s favourite quote –

“If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.” ― Roald Dahl
