I am an Associate Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team. I have joined Express Solicitors in October 2021. I graduated with LLB in 2010 from Staffordshire University and I completed my LPC with distinction. I qualified as a solicitor in 2015. Whilst in training, I realized that specializing in clinical negligence is a great combination of two professions, medical and legal. I deal with a variety of complex claims, in ranging values from fast track to multitrack, some of my recent cases included brain injury, orthopaedic cases, cancer delays, gynaecological, Sepsis, organ damage and bowel perforation during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. General surgery, delayed prognosis, hypoglycaemic and hypoxic injury, negligent nursing care, claims against GP/NHS, incorrect prescriptions, dental treatment, fatal claims and cosmetic surgical errors. Many of these cases understandably involve psychiatrist element to them.

It is a great feeling to help my clients to seek some sort of closure to what has happened to them who are sometimes left with life changing injuries. Whether that includes obtaining compensation to help them get better from the injuries they have suffered or finally getting some answers about the treatment they received, or even an apology from the negligence party, it is all of huge importance to clients and I feel we take a journey together to get those answers. Compensation is only a part of the story for our clients.

I pride myself on providing excellent client care to my clients. I am committed to assisting each of my clients’ to achieve justice for injuries caused by medical negligence.
