Caroline Wheeler is a Solicitor in the Employers’ Liability Claims Department. Caroline joined the firm in 2021.
In 2014, Caroline embarked on a career change into Law, studying law from 2014 to 2019, graduating with an LL.B honours degree, LL.M. Master’s & went on to study and complete the LPC, Legal Practice Course.
After completing the legal studies, Caroline’s legal career began as a legal assistant working within a serious and catastrophic injuries team (accidents at work).
Caroline takes great pride in the work she undertakes. She is determined and forward thinking, taking time to build rapport and professional relationships with clients, treating clients with respect and empathy.
Caroline believes in equality and justice and has chosen to specialise in employers’ liability claims, “employers should be held to account for their wrongdoings and/or negligence, ignorance of the law is no excuse”. Caroline is also interested in the effect and impact injuries often have on our clients’ mental health.
