Monika is a Trainee Solicitor in the Occupier’s and Public Liability department. She graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a LLB (Hons) Law degree and joined Express in September that same year as a litigation assistant.
During her day-to-day work, Monika would be supporting her two supervisors with their case load. This allowed her to gain valuable experience in cases involving a variety of accidents and circumstances.
Monika progressed quickly within the firm and a year later, in September 2023, she began to further her studies in law by enrolling onto the Solicitors Qualifying Examination apprenticeship and was promoted to a Trainee Solicitor. Her goal is to pass her exams and qualify as a Solicitor.
When asked what she enjoys the most about working for Express Solicitors, Monika said; “I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to expand my legal education whilst maintaining a career at a reputable law firm. Furthermore, I greatly enjoy being able to assist our clients and making the claim process as simple for them as possible, by setting their expectations and keeping them regularly informed of what is happening with their file.”
