Olivia joined Express in January 2022 as a Litigation Executive. Olivia graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2015 with a law degree and completed the LPC in 2020 at BBP University in Manchester on a part-time basis whilst working full-time.
Olivia has been handling claims for over 6 years and has experience working on both sides of the claim; for the claimant and the defendant, and therefore has great knowledge of how to navigate the claims process to achieve the best results. Olivia has a wide range of experience handling and assisting claims for industrial diseases and employers’ liability claims, some of which are very high value and complex.
It is important to Olivia that her clients receive excellent results in their claim and will always listen to the client and their needs, explaining the whole process to them and ensuring they are updated throughout their claim. Olivia believes attention to detail is key to delivering great results.
