More about Robert Weeden

Hailing from the white rose of Yorkshire, born and raised in Leeds, Robert is a Mancunian at heart, having been in Manchester for over a decade. Despite advancing years, he remains a keen amateur rugby player, and he enjoys a Saturday turnout even in the glorious weather that the North West is blessed with.

Having worked at Express since 2010 and progressed to the position of Principal Partner within the Employers’ Liability team, Robert has amassed experience both in the technical side of the law but also in terms understanding the emotional impact and unfortunate devastation that can come with someone suffering an injury. This allows Robert to approach each individual client on a personal level from which he can consider not only the client’s immediate needs and long-term outcomes from bringing a claim, but also how to help them understand the process of what a personal injury claim is.

As a result of specialising in accidents at work and industrial disease claims he has developed an analytical approach, to a range of workplace accident cases, that allows Robert to apply his expertise and attention to detail to strive to achieve the best outcome for his clients.
