Calum is a Solicitor in the Road Traffic Accidents department at Express Solicitors. Since joining the firm in 2020, Calum has progressed from Paralegal to Solicitor and now manages a busy caseload of road traffic accident claims, handling matters from initial investigations through to trial and enforcement. He has experience dealing with disputed liability cases involving insurers, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, government departments and other public bodies.
Calum regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, prepares court documents and witness statements, and works closely with counsel on contested matters. He has successfully secured a number of trial victories for his clients and also supervises junior members of the department.
