Jonathan is a Senior Litigation Executive with more than 30 years experience in dealing with personal injury claims on behalf of injured Claimants.
He has previously dealt with all aspects of different types of injury claims, including road traffic accidents, tripping accidents, accidents in shops and public buildings and accidents at work.
Jonathan now specialises in injury claims as a result of accidents at work, having previously acted for a national union and its’ members.
His career high was settling a serious brain injury claim where damages exceeded 2.3 million pounds. Commenting on this, Jonathan said, “it was important not only to get to know the client but several members of his family upon which the accident and injuries had caused a significant impact, and rewarding to secure an excellent settlement that assisted in improving the client’s quality of life”.
