Kerry Millward is a Partner in the Occupier and Public Liability Department at Express Solicitors.

Kerry qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and joined Express Solicitors in September 2023 following the acquisition of Amelans Solicitors, a specialist personal injury firm which Kerry had joined in 2002.

During her time at Amelans Kerry has worked in all areas of personal injury dealing with road traffic accidents and employers’ liability and public liability claims. She has focussed on accidents involving serious injuries, with a particular interest in claims involving head injuries and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

Kerry is passionate about pursuing damages on behalf of her injured clients, guiding and supporting them through the litigation process and thoroughly explaining each step, recognising the devastating impact serious injuries can have on an individual Claimant and their family and that often, in such circumstances, legal proceedings can be a daunting prospect to that individual.  Kerry is a keen proponent of rehabilitation treatment to help Claimants, insofar as it is possible, to restore their lives and/or to adapt to the impact of their accident-related injuries.
