Sarah Fowden is a Partner and one of the supervisors within Costs department at Express Solicitors. Her job involves drafting bills, drafting replies to ‘Points of Dispute’, and preparing legal bundles and court forms.

Sarah has worked on the preparation of summary assessment schedules, breakdown of costs at case conclusion and negotiating the settlement of costs in litigated and non-litigated claimant personal injury cases.

Passionate about Personal Injury Law, Sarah believes this is crucial to achieving results.
