Whilst neurodivergent individuals can bring a wealth of creativity and problem solving to the workplace, research has shown they are more vulnerable to accidents and injuries. With this in mind we worked with Ellie Middleton, an Autistic and ADHD activist to raise awareness of the benefits and the ways employees can be protected throughout any organisation. Read more at:
