Ben plays a vital role within the Express marketing team, overseeing the firm’s website and digital presence. He ensures the company’s online tone remains consistent and professional, making sure our content is both engaging and easy for clients to find.
A creative specialist, Ben handles the firm’s photography and video production, including professional headshots and event coverage. He was responsible for launching the firm’s TikTok channel – which now reaches 35,000 people monthly – and he coordinates social media activity across all platforms. Ben also works closely with external agencies to support the Injury Lawyers 4U brand.
Outside of his core marketing duties, Ben serves as deputy chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network, where he helps to organise events and support the group’s 90 members in promoting an inclusive environment at Express Solicitors.
