Kaiynaat is a Litigation Executive in the Road Traffic Accidents Department at Express Solicitors. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2021 with First Class Honours before completing a Master’s degree in Law in 2022. She subsequently joined Ontime reports in the Expert Liaison Team working with various medical experts before joining ‘The Academy’ at Express Solicitors. Kaiynaat is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law.
Kaiynaat is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to clients during a difficult and uncertain time in their lives. She recognises that pursuing a claim is not simply a legal process but can also form an important part of a client’s personal journey towards recovery.
