When asked about her role, Erin said: “I have really enjoyed working at Express Solicitors, as it offers great opportunities to learn and build on my experience. I enjoy the variety that comes with the role. Each day brings different tasks and challenges, which keeps the work engaging and allows me to continue learning.
I aways focus on keeping clients updated and managing their expectations as their claim progresses. I understand that the process can feel uncertain at times, so I try to be clear and realistic in my communication, making sure clients know what to expect and when, which helps to build trust and keep things running smoothly.”
