Guido is a Solicitor in the Employers’ Liability department.

Before joining Express, Guido completed his LLB Honours Degree in Law at the University of Abertay Dundee in 2020. He then proceeded to change his degree in Scots Law to English Law by completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2021, where he also completed his Legal Practice Course in 2022.

Shortly after completing his studies, Guido joined Express as a Litigation Assistant in June 2022. Guido progressed quickly in the company, which ultimately awarded him a training contract beginning in April 2023.

As a Solicitor, Guido wants to ensure that clients fully understand the legal process. He tries to explain every step of the way, avoiding legal jargon where possible, and where not possible, to best explain what the terms mean and what implications these will have for the client’s claim. Guido also fully appreciates how stressful the legal process may be for a client and tries to keep all of his clients as up to date as reasonably possible.

Guido speaks both Italian (native) and Spanish (fluent), allowing him to go above and beyond for clients who may face a language barrier and ensuring them to make them feel comfortable by communicating in their native tongue.
