Lloyd Teka is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability department at Express Solicitors. He completed his LLB at the University of Sunderland in 2017, before obtaining his LLM and LPC at Northumbria University in 2018. Prior to joining Express Solicitors in September 2023, Lloyd gained valuable experience at other firms, where he developed a solid grounding in civil litigation.
At Express Solicitors, under the mentorship of a partner, Lloyd has assisted on a range of complex matters. He has been actively involved in case preparation and progression, and has attended numerous conferences with counsel. These opportunities have given him significant exposure to strategic discussions on liability, breach of duty, causation, quantum, and overall litigation strategy.
Through these experiences, Lloyd has strengthened his ability to analyse legal issues and contribute meaningfully to case strategy. He continues to expand his expertise in civil litigation with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
