Elliott Walker is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability department. Elliott graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022 and completed his LPC LLM at the University of Law in 2023 before joining Express.
On his role at Express, Elliott said: “I enjoy working with the people that I work with, and I enjoy helping those who have been injured. Many of our clients have had injuries that have affected their lives in different ways and it is important to understand what they are going through.
“I find the work interesting as no two cases are the exact same, even if the facts surrounding the accident are similar. It is my job to understand and to sympathise with the difficulties each individual client is going through.
It is also important to ensure clients remain updated and understand the process, as it can be difficult for clients to understand if they have never been through it and it can be rather daunting, particularly when clients are claiming against employers. Therefore, I will always try to keep my client’s updated as best I can and to avoid the use of legal jargon to aid their understanding.”
