Koladele is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability department, Koladele graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2022 with a 2:1 and completed his LPC at the Manchester Metropolitan in 2024 before joining the team at Express.
When asked what he enjoys most about his role at Express Solicitors, Koladele answered: “I work in a fantastic team who have a vast amount of knowledge in Personal injury and Employer’s liability. When you come into work, you never know how the day will pan out, which makes the job interesting. With the help of a supportive team, you always feel prepared working in such a dynamic and fast-paced environment provides valuable experience.”
“Every client is a unique individual with their own experiences and levels of understanding- due to them being involved in an accident that wasn’t their fault a level of empathy is something I like to exhibit. The litigation process can be confusing and intimating, which is important to bear in mind every time I offer advice. I try to make sure that the individual fully understands what is happening with their claim, what the next stage is going to be, and what needs to be done to get there.
