Isaac Fogg is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employers’ Liability department, assisting David Dean, Partner and Richard Lowery, Head of Employer’s Liability, in complex catastrophic injury cases. Isaac graduated from the University of Manchester in 2024 with an LLB in Law with honours, before joining the team at Express.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Express Solicitors, Isaac answered: “The work that I do constantly changes and requires adaptability, which keeps my legal instincts sharp and ensures constant communication with our clients. Furthermore, the people that I work alongside are excellent and we all work together as a team which aids in providing the best outcome for the claims we handle.”
“I think the most important element of my job to me is ensuring that our clients are constantly informed and educated on the litigation process. It is often the case that the legal processes which construct a personal injury claim can be confusing, regardless of a person’s background or personal familiarity with the legal system. I always endeavour to make sure that every client understands the position of their claim, and the next steps involved with progressing it.”
