Zainab Dar is a Trainee Solicitor within the Occupiers’ Liability Department. She graduated from university in Manchester in 2020 with a BA (Hons) in Law and subsequently joined Express Solicitors in 2025. She is currently undertaking the SQE Apprenticeship as part of her progression towards qualification as a solicitor.
When asked to reflect on the aspects of her role she finds most rewarding, Miss Dar stated:
“I am privileged to work within a highly active and fast-moving department, where each day presents distinct challenges and opportunities for development. Certain days demand the prompt completion of urgent applications, often requiring me to engage with unfamiliar procedural issues and broaden my professional competence. Other days are more client-centric, involving detailed discussions and ongoing communication to ensure that clients remain properly informed. I am committed to providing clear, precise guidance on both the substance of their claim and the wider litigation process. My objective is to ensure that clients feel supported, reassured, and confident in the service they receive. Delivering a streamlined and as far as possible stress-free experience is central to my approach to practice.”
