Shabiya Mirza is a Trainee Solicitor within the Occupiers’ and Public Liability department.
She graduated from the University of Manchester in 2023, with a First Class degree in LLB Law with Honours. She then continued her studies and completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) with a Masters in Legal Practice (LLM), graduating with a distinction.
Shabiya initially joined through the firm’s graduate scheme as a Litigation Assistant in April 2025, where she assisted both a Solicitor and an Associate Solicitor. This exposed her to a variety of cases, including but not limited to slips, trips, dog bites and product liability. She was then quickly promoted and commenced her training contract in November 2025, with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor.
Shabiya now works within the cosmetics team, assisting on product liability and cosmetic-related claims.
