Vivien’s entire legal career has been dedicated to pursuing justice for civil liberties clients.
She is responsible for a wide variety of civil liberties actions and has also represented clients in data protection breaches involving Government bodies.
Vivien qualified as a solicitor in March 2022 and became Head of Civil Liberties at Express Solicitors in 2026.
Vivien is highly driven and strives to achieve justice for her clients. She is also bilingual (English/Cantonese) and able to work with people from all backgrounds.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Manchester Metropolitan University, she went on to study the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. Outside of the office, Vivien enjoys being a mother and spending time with her family and friends.
