Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2020 after obtaining a distinction in the Legal Practice Course. He joined HNK in May 2021 as a Data Protection Solicitor and moved to Express Solicitors when the firm was acquired in 2025.
Dan represents claimants bringing actions for harm suffered due to breaches of data protection legislation, including the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. He also accepts instructions in cases involving misuse of private information, breaches of contract, breach of confidence and multi-party actions. In most cases, sensitive personal or financial data has been lost, shared, or stolen without permission or consent.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, going on long walks and keeping fit through running or attending the gym.
