Megan Gilson is a Trainee Solicitor in the Occupiers’ Liability and Public Liability department at Express Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2025 and has progressed quickly, initially working as a Litigation Assistant where she developed a strong foundation in managing claims and supporting clients through the litigation process.
Megan has a longstanding passion for representing individuals who require specialist legal support delivered with empathy and care. She understands that litigation can be a daunting and stressful experience, often arising during some of the most challenging periods in a client’s life. Megan prides herself on offering reassurance, clear guidance and a compassionate approach throughout every stage of a claim.
