Mia Wakeman is a Trainee Solicitor in the Occupiers’ and Public Liability department, Mia graduated from The University of Manchester in 2025 with an LLB law degree, started at Express Solicitors in September 2025 and embarked on her SQE studies in December 2025.
Mia assists Associate Solicitor, Alex Foster, on a wide variety of cases. From trips in potholes and slips in supermarkets to claims abroad on aeroplanes and cruises, that fall under the Montreal and Athens Convention, she has worked on all different types of OL/PL cases and loves how every case is different.
Mia enjoys how broad personal injury law is and how she gets to help people in her day-to-day work.
