Lauren Taylor is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator in the Clinical Negligence department. Lauren first began working on clinical negligence cases in 2017 and joined the team at Express Solicitors in May 2021. She has solely acted for claimants.
Lauren completed her CILEX studies whilst working, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in November 2024. She then went on to obtain CILEX Practice Rights in April 2026 to conduct litigation.
Lauren has experience of a variety of claims and is currently handling claims including orthopaedic, delayed diagnosis of cancer, surgical errors and fatal cases.
Lauren prides herself on supporting her clients throughout the entire process of a clinical negligence claim and having empathy for her clients. She understands the life-changing consequences clinical negligence can have on a person and how challenging bringing a claim can be. Lauren particularly enjoys how different each case and each client is and tailors her approach accordingly.
