Catherine is a Senior Litigation Executive in the Road Traffic department.
After completing her law degree, Catherine began her legal career in a small family law practice before joining Graham Coffey & Co Solicitors in 2008. She joined Express Solicitors following the acquisition of Graham Coffey & Co Solicitors where she had worked for 18 years.
Catherine brings a wealth of experience in handling road traffic accident claims, as well as employers’ liability and public liability matters. She has managed claims across all procedural tracks, including the small claims track, fast track and multi-track. Her experience includes credit hire disputes, liability issues and claims involving the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.
Catherine is an aggressive litigator and ensures that clients get the best results and their claims proceed as smoothly as possible.
