Sandile is a Litigation Executive in the Employers’ Liability department. Sandile graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BA in Law and International Relations in 2021, before completing an MA in Law (Conversion) at the University of Law in 2023.

Sandile originally joined Express Solicitors as a Litigation Assistant, working within the Employers’ Liability team and assisting with a range of personal injury claims arising from accidents at work. During this time, Sandile gained experience across various stages of the litigation process. She went on to gain further experience in Defendant Personal Injury, developing her knowledge and understanding of litigation, before joining Express’s Training team as a Junior Legal Trainer.

Having now returned to fee earning, Sandile manages her own caseload of Employers’ Liability claims. She places importance on compassionate client care and clear communication throughout the claims process. She understands that pursuing a claim can be a difficult and unfamiliar experience for clients and aims to ensure that they feel listened to, supported and kept informed throughout their claim. Sandile works closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances and strives to work towards a positive outcome for each client.
