Express Solicitors has acquired the personal injury practice Ralli Ltd, further strengthening its position as one of the UK’s leading claimant law firms and welcoming approximately 40 experienced legal professionals to the business.
The acquisition will see the Ralli personal injury team join colleagues at Express Solicitors’ South Court headquarters in South Manchester, bringing together two well-established firms with strong reputations for delivering expert legal advice and securing justice for injured clients.
Ralli, based in Sale, Greater Manchester, has built a respected personal injury practice since 1973, serving clients across the region and beyond. The acquisition will ensure continuity for clients while providing access to the extensive resources, technology and specialist expertise available through Express Solicitors.
The move further strengthens Express Solicitors’ presence within the Greater Manchester legal community and supports the firm’s continued growth and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Ralli Solicitors LLP, a different company, which provides specialist services in areas of law excluding personal injury work, continues to trade in Manchester city centre and is unaffected by the acquisition.
