Aaron Duksal is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employers’ Liability department, specialising in claims related to industrial disease, exposure to hazardous substances in workplaces, and accidents at work.
He graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2025, where he developed a keen interest in the practical application of the law. During his studies, Aaron was awarded the highest mark in his Family Law exam.
Aaron has been studying law since college, which has driven his passion for advocating on behalf of others. His commitment to helping people stems from personal experience, as his younger brother suffered negligence from medical professionals, inspiring Aaron to support those who have faced similar challenges.
He values assisting clients throughout their cases by listening to their stories, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the claims process with clarity and empathy.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys escape rooms, attending concerts, and spending time with his family.
