Bianca Hozan is a Litigation Executive in the Occupiers’ and Public Liability Department having joined the firm in March 2023 as a Litigation Assistant.
Bianca grew up in Romania and in 2021 she completed her LLB at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. Since then, Bianca has obtained a distinction in her Master’s of Law from the University of Sunderland and is currently studying for the Solicitors’ Qualifying Examination to become a Solicitor.
Bianca takes pride in her client care as she understands that most clients do not have experience in pursuing personal injury claims and the process is not always straightforward. She studies the case carefully and keeps the clients well informed. When asked what she enjoys most about her role at Express Solicitors, Bianca answered “I am very grateful for the opportunity to work on a varied range of personal injury claims as this constantly develops my legal knowledge.”
