With 25 years of experience in the legal sector—23 of which have been dedicated specialising as a Proclaim Developer—Bryan brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His journey spans four claimant PI law firms, where he climbed the ranks from Junior Developer to Senior Developer, and now heads up our internal development team.
Bryan’s primary focus is systemising legal operations directly into our case management system while leading and mentoring our talented development team. He acts as the vital conduit between business operations and software development, ensuring our systems perfectly align with operational needs. Responsible for our strict development standards and structured change management processes, Bryan utilises modern development methodologies to deliver seamless upgrades and innovations.
For Bryan, pushing the boundaries of software capability for the maximum operational benefit of the business is paramount. He still finds genuine excitement in creative problem-solving and technical innovation every single day.
Outside the office, Bryan swaps code for cues, enjoying playing pool in a local league during his spare time.
