Charlie Cupik, a trainee solicitor in the Occupiers and Public Liability Department, joined Express Solicitors completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Law in 2025. Since joining the firm, she has assisted on a wide range of serious personal injury cases, supporting clients through complex and often challenging claims.
Charlie plays an active role in helping clients navigate the legal process following life-changing injuries, working closely with senior fee earners to ensure cases are progressed efficiently and with care. She is particularly committed to providing clear communication and reassurance, recognising the importance of compassion and understanding when clients are at their most vulnerable.
Through her work, Charlie has developed a strong passion for personal injury law and is motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in clients’ lives. She takes pride in approaching each case with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring clients feel supported and informed at every stage.
