Ella is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employers’ Liability department, where she supports clients through a wide range of workplace accident claims. She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University, where she graduated with a first-class Honours degree in law. Here she developed a strong interest in litigation, and helping individuals navigate what can often be an overwhelming legal process.

Before Ella’s role with Express Solicitors, Ella gained experience across several areas of law. This gave her valuable insight into the importance of clear communication, empathy and critical skills. Ella enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and believes in keeping people informed and reassured.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Ella said “Every matter is different, which means you’re constantly learning. I enjoy getting to know clients and helping them through what is often a difficult time. It’s rewarding to know that the work you can do makes a genuine difference, and being a part of such a supportive team makes every day enjoyable”

Outside of work, Ella reflets the same mindset, valuing genuine relationships, clear communication and making a positive impact in everything she does.
