Gladuela is a Senior Associate in the Group Actions department. Having qualified in 2016, she has notable experience in litigation and securing fair compensation for those who have been wrongfully affected by others’ actions – whether they are motorists, medical professionals, employers, public bodies or large corporations.

Following the completion of her training contract, Gladuela eagerly embraced the opportunity to join the serious injury and clinical negligence department, where she assisted the managing partner in successfully settling claims, including those exceeding £8 million, and utilising interim payments to secure the needs of the claimant(s). These settlements substantially provided the compensation necessary for the claimant(s) to enjoy a semblance of normality in their daily lives.

Since qualifying, Gladuela has experience in an array of litigation matters, including property disputes, commercial disputes, and consumer rights. Her recent experience has been in the notable and high-profile Volkswagen NOx Emissions Group Litigation which resulted in an out-of-court settlement of £193 million for the ~91,000 claims.

The reward of seeing perpetrators brought to justice is truly the fuel for her love of justice.

In her spare time, Gladuela enjoys spending time with her family, doing pilates and reading.
