More about Hannah McGarvey
Hannah is a Trainee Solicitor in the Civil Liberties Department. Starting at the firm in November 2024, she has progressed from Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor and hopes to qualify as a solicitor in early 2027.
Hannah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2023 with an LLB in Law. She then went on to complete her LLM and her first qualifying solicitor exam with the University of Law in 2024.
Hannah has worked in claims against the police for her entire legal career. She represents clients in a range of matters, including unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, assault, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office, trespass to property, data protection breaches and human rights issues.
Hannah has meticulous attention of detail and always strives for justice for her clients, making the entire process as smooth as possible.
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys going on long walks and spending time with her family and friends.
