Heather Howes is an Associate Solicitor in our Road Traffic Accidents department. Heather qualified as a Solicitor in February 2023 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in September 2026.
Heather graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2016 with a 2:1 degree in LLB Law with Criminal Justice. She further graduated from the University of Law in 2022 with a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice, achieving a distinction.
Heather has over 8 years’ experience in dealing with road traffic accident claims and holds extensive expertise in both fast track and MOJ portal cases. Heather has also dealt with various multi track and intermediate track work, within her career.
Heather also holds a breadth of knowledge in respect of liability and causation disputes and has been successful in settling many difficult cases where these arguments have arisen.
Heather finds it extremely important to speak to her clients without using legal jargon so they fully understand their options and the instructions they are providing. Outside of work, Heather enjoys visiting the theatre to watch musicals. She is also a keen traveller and visited 30 countries before she turned 30!
