Henna (Hee-na) Arshid is a Trainee Solicitor having joined the firm as a Litigation Assistant in January 2025. She graduated in July 2024 with a First-Class Honours degree in Law (LLB). During her studies, she developed an interest in Medical Law, achieving 75% in her coursework. Her passion for medical negligence was why she decided to pursue a career in Personal Injury.

Henna works within the Occupiers’ and Public Liability department, handling a range of personal injury claims. She primarily works on Cosmetic Negligence cases alongside her close-knit team, dealing with matters ranging from negligent beauty treatments to non-surgical cosmetic procedures. This area of law interests Henna because the cosmetic industry is growing rapidly, and the UK Government is attempting to put measures in place to regulate this industry, by ensuring that practioners meet rigorous safety, training, and insurance standards before they can legally perform treatments. Henna finds it rewarding to support clients who have suffered this type of harm.

Henna began her training contract in September 2025 and is currently studying for her SQE1 and SQE2 at BPP Law School. She hopes to qualify in the early months of 2028 and continue to develop her legal career.
