Isaac Deighan is a Trainee Solicitors at in the Occupiers’ and Public Liability Department at Express Solicitors. He obtained his law degree at Liverpool John Moore’s University in 2024 before joining Express Solicitors in 2025 as a Litigation Executive. He has garnered a number of years’ experience in the legal field in both Claimant and Defendant work and so understands cases from both perspectives.

Isaac has taken on a variety of cases at Express, which includes trips, animal claims, defective products, employment matters and defective premises.

Since joining Isaac has been promoted to a Trainee Solicitor and started his Training Contract in order to commence the process to qualify as a Solicitor. He is currently working alongside Alex Garven who is a Senior Associate in the Occupiers’ and Public Liability Department.

When asked what Isaac believes is important for success with his clients, he responds, ‘What matters most for success is not only the work done on the cases to ensure the best result, but also building genuine trust and understanding of the client’s goals. The litigation process can be a daunting to the client and so I believe it is paramount each client understands this process and how we can use it give them the best chance of a success.
