Jack Kirby is a solicitor in the Civil Liberties department, he graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2016 with a BSc in Port and Maritime Management. Jack went onto complete his Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law, Leeds in 2017 and more recently completed his LPC at the University of Law, Liverpool.
Jack completed his training contract in 2024 with another regional firm before joining Express in September 2025. He prides himself on building strong professional relationships and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and approaches each claim with a strategic and results driven mindset. Jack has worked in both claimant and defendant capacities and considers himself a well-rounded individual having acquired experience on both sides.
His work involves bringing civil actions against the police, representing clients in a range of matters including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, trespass to property and assault and battery.
Jack brings a fresh perspective and relentless commitment to justice for individuals who have experienced mistreatment at the hands of the Police. He understands the complexities and sensitivities involved in the cases against the police and ensures his clients feel heard, supported and empowered throughout the legal process.
