Joel Fenton is a Trainee Solicitor at Express Solicitors in the Occupiers Liability department. Joel graduated with his LLB in 2023 before spending a year travelling, gaining valuable life experience prior to commencing his legal career.
Joel initially assisted Nicola Simmons, Partner, working on a wide range of complex multi-track claims, including Occupiers’ Liability, Public Liability, Employers’ Liability and Road Traffic Accident matters. Through this role, Joel gained experience across the full litigation lifecycle, from pre-action through to trial preparation.
Joel now handles his own caseload, managing fast-track to intermediate-track claims, primarily within the Occupiers’ Liability sphere. Joel is currently completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route and is on track to qualify as a solicitor, continuing to build his expertise in personal injury litigation and client care.
