Justinas started working for Express Solicitors in March 2023 after completing the legal practice course at the University of Law and achieving a distinction. He gained experience working with Tim Fieldhouse, Partner within the department on high‑value employer’s liability and industrial disease claims.
Justinas began his training contract in November 2024. He says that ‘understanding core issues at the earliest stages and establishing an approach to overcome those issues is essential to any successful claim’.
He prides himself on taking the time to explain how claims operate at each stage and aims to provide the best possible advice to clients while avoiding legal jargon.
